At Bridges Fitness, we pay special attention to the mind/body connection, ending each session with a brief but focused period of quiet in order to cool down the muscles and calm the heart. We often say this is the most important part of the workout. This is where we take the time to relax into the energy we just exerted and really feel the invigorating benefits of the workout.

Heartrate monitors provide real-time feedback to help you reach the proper level of exertion and rest during each phase of the workout. Our smartphone app and Benchmark Workouts help you track your progress over time, ensuring you are reaching your short-term and long-term fitness goals.

Bridges Fitness is based on the latest in heartrate and calorie-burning research. High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) has been proven to burn more calories faster than any other workout routine. In just 60 minutes you’ll burn 500 to 800 calories, but it doesn’t stop there. Bridges Fitness triggers your body’s natural afterburn effect, known as EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption). Your body will stay at an elevated metabolic state for 24-36 hours after every workout, maximizing the effects of your efforts.
